Katherine + Kade Gilbert Temple Wedding Photography

Gilbert Temple Wedding photography with Katherine and Kade was awesome. Katherine and Kade met at FSY (For the Strength of Youth) while working as youth counselors. Less than a year later and here we are at the Gilbert Temple taking their wedding photos 🙂

I met up with Kade at the Gilbert Temple before Katherine arrived and we quickly got started with some groom photos.

Katherine had mentioned that she wanted me capture a “first look” at the Temple when Kade would see her in her wedding dress for the first time. When Katherine arrived I positioned Kade so that he couldn’t see his bride as she approached. Katherine tapped Kade on the shoulder.

After the first look we spent about an hour taking wedding photos around the grounds of the Gilbert Arizona Temple on a very sunny day.

After the sealing we took the family and friend photos.

When you’re choosing your friends make sure you pick ones that will take weird photos with you on your wedding day! 🙂

Katherine made a tie for Kade on the wedding day.
